Summer has arrived at last and hopefully restrictions will be lifted on 19th July as planned so we can start to return to normal and enjoy the summer weather. Most of June has been spent creatively at Up and Up Life. We have made some changes to the website and our twelve week private coaching programme has been integrated so it has it’s own home on upanduplife.com. Coaching sessions can now be scheduled automatically and programme materials downloaded via your account on the website. If you would like to know more about our private coaching, click here We hope to have the six week programme in place soon.
On the blog this month we discussed motivation. We talked about ways we can stay motivated, the best motivational strategies to use, how you can use success coaching as a motivational tool and ways to reinvent your motivation for life to keep to moving forward towards your goals and how habits are the best way to keep us on track. If you missed any of the articles and would like to catch up click here
Our new theme for July is Creativity. During the month of July, we will discuss the best ways to develop creativity, how you can use creativity to problem solve and methods to improve your creative thinking. We sometimes don’t realise how creative we are but being creative is a great way to express ourselves. Summer is the perfect time to get outside and be inspired by nature.
